Welcome to our first issue
Thank you for reading the first issue of our newsletter. We are Monica and Dave Francesco, a husband and wife Realtor team with Keller Williams, helping buyers and sellers in South Jersey, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia and its suburbs for over 40 combined years. Each month we will share what we are seeing in the local market, new homes we are working with, and practical guidance for anyone thinking about a move.
